• Own the hosting roadmap and set a clear vision • Ship a reliable runtime experience for production workloads • Ensure scalability and automate processes for performance • Engage deeply with customers to understand deployment needs • Drive business growth and adoption for Agent Hosting product • Define the scope of what the runtime will become
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in product management, at a senior or staff level • Technical depth regarding distributed systems, runtimes, scaling, and latency • Infrastructure product sense focusing on reliability and performance • Cross-functional influence, capable of operating with high autonomy • Strong communication skills for various audiences • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
