📋 Description
• Set Billtrust’s Applied Intelligence vision and multi-year product roadmap • Shape company-wide product strategy and influence investment priorities • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered capabilities • Drive a culture of bold experimentation and define testing frameworks • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-caliber team of product managers and applied AI practitioners • Serve as Billtrust’s most senior external voice on Applied Intelligence
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in product management, applied AI, or a related field • Demonstrated experience setting AI strategy and driving AI-first transformation at scale • Deep understanding of machine learning, large language models, and agentic AI frameworks • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing applied AI product teams in a fast-moving enterprise SaaS or fintech environment • Fluency in FinTech data • Executive presence and communication skills that inspire confidence
