📋 Description

• Manage small-to-medium scale projects or specific workstreams within larger enterprise programs from initiation to completion using agile principles • Facilitate day-to-day operations for cross-functional cloud, data, AI, and application development teams • Lead daily standups, scrum ceremonies, and project status meetings • Liaise between customers and technical teams to document requirements, track milestones, and log risks/issues • Assist in resolving project issues and client concerns, escalating to senior management when necessary • Track project scope, schedules, deliverables, project health, burn, and profitability • Maintain project management tools including JIRA, Asana, and FinancialForce, and maintain RAAIDD • Own and manage project financials and margin performance • Prepare status updates, project retrospectives, and health reports for stakeholders, leadership, and clients • Develop cloud and data solution knowledge and maintain required certifications

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, scrum mastering, or technology implementation support • Strong foundational understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Scrum/Agile certification such as CSM or PSM highly preferred • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, or Asana • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple tasks • Keen interest or basic background in software development and cloud technologies • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is a major plus • Capacity to travel to client sites as needed (<25%) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Must be able to work in the United States • Employer cannot sponsor or transfer visas of any kind
