📋 Description

• Educate healthcare providers and their staff on approved financial support programs for eligible patients • Provide reimbursement expertise through virtual education engagements on national and regional payer policies, prior authorization criteria, appeals templates, quantity limits, stocking information, and access pathways • Assist healthcare providers with compliantly troubleshooting eligible patients’ retail pharmacy claims • Maintain current knowledge of managed care, reimbursement trends, and healthcare policies and regulations, including Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid • Work compliantly with field team representatives on engagement requests and communicate interaction outcomes • Communicate access concerns and issues to appropriate internal stakeholders • Operate in compliance with HIPAA and program guidelines • Complete training deadlines for corporate policies and procedures governing confidential data • Use only approved materials, resources, and talking points • Follow all SOPs and BRDs consistently • Conduct miscellaneous assigned tasks or projects

🎯 Requirements

• Remote role based in the United States • Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy • Flexibility to travel as needed is preferred • Ability to talk and hear regularly • Ability to sit for long periods and use hands to type, handle, or feel • Ability to reach with hands and arms • Ability to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers • Must complete required training deadlines for corporate policies and procedures governing confidential data • Must use approved materials, resources, and talking points only • Must follow all SOPs and BRDs consistently • Successful completion of a background check is required; a drug screen may also be required depending on the position
