📋 Description

• Serve as the heart and soul of the store and part of the store leadership team • Execute merchandising and marketing initiatives • Drive store profitability • Develop the skills of the entire store team • Ensure customers are well taken care of • Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching • Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders • Empower employees and encourage productivity • Implement merchandising and marketing programs • Use P&L and store reports to affect change • Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards loyalty program promotion • Maintain a clean, safe, presentable, and well-stocked store • Work as part of a management team

🎯 Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees • Ability to identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and encourage employee productivity • Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change • Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards loyalty program promotion • Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment while complying with health and sanitation procedures • Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills • Proficient computer knowledge; Microsoft products preferred, including Word and Excel • High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience • Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence • Automotive liability insurance maintained during employment • Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
