📋 Description

• Build advertising strategies with content marketers, designers, and account directors • Identify the best messages and channels for target audiences • Build and manage ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms • Conduct research to identify ideal keywords and target audiences • Monitor accounts, perform A/B testing, and adjust advertising strategy • Diagnose campaign performance issues and create corrective action plans • Lead client communication regarding strategy, execution, and progress • Learn clients’ business models and bottom-line factors to inform strategy decisions • Stay current on marketing trends, economics, business strategy, and platform updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (preferred, not required) • Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets • Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Self-starter who is always trying to learn more in an ever-changing environment • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager is a plus
