📋 Description

• Serve as a key subject matter expert on policies affecting vaccine coverage, payment, and reimbursement • Generate strategic and tactical recommendations responsive to clients’ policy and business needs • Lead day-to-day execution of client projects and engagements under executive leadership • Manage project teams and set project or engagement strategy • Ensure quality and timely delivery to clients • Develop new and creative client offerings • Participate in firm-wide strategic and planning discussions • Develop and execute business development plans contributing to annual sales and revenue goals • Supervise, train, and mentor staff members • Author thought leadership to raise the profile of personal expertise and the Policy Practice’s capabilities • Lead multiple projects and accounts as a subject matter expert • Provide actionable policy and business support to vaccine clients • Conduct regulatory analysis, evidence generation/review support, policy analysis, legislative strategy, and modeling of proposed and enacted policies using qualitative and quantitative research methods

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health policy, public policy, public health, healthcare management, business administration, health economics, or biological sciences • 6+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare consulting role, vaccine manufacturer, or similar company focusing on policy and market access, marketing, or commercialization for vaccine products • Established subject matter expertise on the U.S. vaccine policy and market access landscape at federal and state levels • Knowledge of vaccine coverage, payment and reimbursement, acquisition and contracting, billing complexity, and payer-specific strategies • Experience reviewing vaccine reimbursement rates, payment analytics, and competitive information • Experience managing primary market research projects, including IDIs and advisory boards with payers, IDNs, public health providers, and other healthcare decision-makers • Hands-on experience developing market access resources and promotional/non-promotional materials • Experience managing MLR review cycles and Veeva Vault submission and approval processes • Readiness to develop client-ready PowerPoint presentations and Excel-based analyses • Experience in project management and leadership, including scopes of work, budgets, client deliverables, timelines, and client engagement • Proven situational leadership skills • Exemplary interpersonal skills • Commitment to collaboration and positive relationships with colleagues and clients • Outstanding problem-solving and analytic skills • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Preferred but not required: knowledge of vaccine coding, including applications for the AMA CPT Staff and Panel • Preferred but not required: ability to evaluate channel options for pipeline immunization products and identify strategic opportunities
