📋 Description

• Conduct clinical audits, risk assessments, and process reviews to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities • Evaluate adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards across healthcare organizations • Manage multiple client engagements and project deliverables simultaneously • Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare clients to support successful project execution • Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, consultative support • Prepare and present audit results, risk assessments, and recommendations to clinical, operational, and executive leadership • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule • Communicate through clear reports, presentations, and stakeholder interactions • Provide a clinical perspective to audit team projects • Provide independent yet collaborative services to healthcare customers' senior leadership, including the CNO, CMO, CFO, and Board of Directors

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum associate or bachelor's degree in a related concentration • Relevant license or certification, such as Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Licensed Vocational Nurse • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting • Experience with electronic medical records, such as Cerner, EPIC, or similar • Experience with regulatory standards compliance in a healthcare quality department or risk management and/or performing quality self-audits at the department level • Familiarity with clinical practice fundamentals, including patient placement, patient assessments, treatment, care planning essentials, scope of practice modalities, infection prevention, patient safety, patient rights, and patient experience • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
