📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and build trusted relationships from operational teams to executive leadership • Lead customer strategic initiatives, special projects, and integration of new business opportunities • Act as a strategic supply chain consultant and recommend integrated logistics solutions • Establish, monitor, and improve Critical Success Factors and Key Performance Indicators with customers and Program Management teams • Identify opportunities across Ocean, Air, Customs, Warehousing, Domestic Transportation, Supply Chain Management, and Value-Added Services • Monitor account profitability and support contract renewals • Lead through influence across Program Management, Operations, Customer Service, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams • Resolve complex customer challenges, manage escalations, and coordinate organizational resources • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and support additional customers and commercial initiatives as business needs evolve

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain management, shipping, or related industries • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing strategic customer relationships in a complex, solution-oriented environment • Understanding of FMCG supply chains and customer environments, particularly food & beverage, personal care, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical sectors, is highly valued • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills • Ability to influence without direct authority • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies • Industry certifications such as CIFFA or CITT are considered an advantage • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
