📋 Description

• Lead the planning, design, development, implementation, and support of complex to moderately complex processes, systems, and networks • Provide technical and application expertise and leadership in design, development, and application integration • Ensure functional and technical designs support customer requirements • Translate business strategies into technology solutions • Assist the Security team with audit controls and procedures protecting company resources • Develop work plans, estimate projects, and keep project deliverables on schedule and within budget • Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and third-party systems • Develop and maintain Workday Prism Analytics data pipelines, datasets, and transformations • Configure Workday business processes, security roles, calculated fields, and custom objects • Create and maintain custom, advanced, and matrix reports and interactive dashboards • Research, analyze, and resolve Workday technical issues and provide production support • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications • Participate in Workday semi-annual release cycles, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent level of work experience • Experience designing, developing, implementing, or supporting complex to moderately complex information systems • Experience building or supporting mainframe or distributed systems • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex business and technical problems • Experience with technology assessment, recommendations, and selection • Technical consultation and leadership for project teams • Experience staffing, coordinating, or leading large or multiple small project teams • Budgeting and expense control knowledge • Knowledge of mainframe, distributed, and/or web-based system design and development • Database management systems knowledge • PC fundamental software tools proficiency • Programming languages knowledge • Prototyping and database design knowledge • Project management tools and techniques • Multi-platform capabilities • User interaction, HTML, and web development tools • System development tools such as Endevor, IMS Expert, Xpediter, SQA Team Test, and Eclipse • Integration knowledge and skills • Relational database concepts • Use cases and object-oriented design and programming techniques • Systems operation practices • Security and control procedures • Web server and IP-level distributed technologies • Ability to evaluate complex systems and understand interdependencies between components • Preferred: experience in an insurance environment or other service industry • Preferred: Rational Unified Process development methodology • Preferred: Joint Application Design/Rapid Application Design techniques • Preferred: database modeling • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Background and drug screening required upon offer of employment
