📋 Description

• Provide ongoing functional support to Acumatica clients in support of the Crestwood Support Team • Work independently to accomplish implementation tasks and collaborate with the implementation team to meet client business needs and expectations • Prioritize and plan individual calendars and schedules, coordinating client- and Crestwood-facing meetings and calls • Serve as an Acumatica ERP systems analyst for solution implementations and issue resolution • Implement multiple suites of modules within the Acumatica software solution • Execute end-to-end project implementation activities, including client introductions, kickoff, training, configuration workshops, data migrations, acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and go-live support • Maintain weekly project documentation and time/expense entries for project management and invoice processing • Obtain appropriate third-party certifications as deemed appropriate • Become certified and expert on assigned software systems and required publisher certifications • Update Crestwood team members on software capabilities and pre-released features • Improve professional skills through books, seminars, and training sessions • Participate in team meetings and lunch-and-learn sessions by sharing product releases, features, tips, support and bug resolutions, and implementation walkthroughs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or related field • 5+ years of Acumatica software experience • 7+ years of software implementation experience in various ERP software solutions • Strong working knowledge and experience in Acumatica Financials and Manufacturing modules (mandatory) • Experience or working knowledge of Acumatica Field Service, Payroll, and Project modules • Obtain appropriate third-party and software publisher certifications as required • Ability to coordinate client- and Crestwood-facing meetings and calls • Ability to maintain project documentation and time/expense entries
