📋 Description

• Participating in client audit engagements • Performing outpatient coding audits • Identifying and recommending opportunities for customer improvements • Interacting with and educating external and internal customers on outpatient coding and documentation related topics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university with (8) eight years of experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND eleven (11) years of experience in a private, public, government or military environment • CIRCC and/or 5+ years of interventional radiology/cardiology CPT procedure coding experience • RHIA OR RHIT OR CCS-P or CPC certification and minimum of five (5) years of professional clinical coding experience • Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programs • Ability to solve problems in a logical, methodical, and time efficient manner • Analytical skills related to independently interpreting, preparing, and analyzing data • Proven ability to maintain superior customer and employee relations in a fast-paced environment • Experience with telecommuting, working with EMRs and other electronic tools
