📋 Description

• Works directly with stakeholders to define, document, and drive business requirements for technology and process changes • Responsible for owning business requirements analysis and definition/documentation • Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and manages requirements through the product lifecycle • Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business systems

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years business systems analysis experience • Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience or BSA Certification • Knowledge of insurance business (e.g., Personal Lines, Commercial Auto and Claims, Operations) • Proficient knowledge and experience using diagramming techniques tools (e.g., UML, Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, iGrafx, Miro Guidewire, Pricing tools) • Strong collaboration skills across divisions and functions, including end users, developers, testers, and analysts
