📋 Description

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications and requirements • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction • Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation to support process improvement and cross-functional alignment • Develop skills and competency in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Certification or proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims required; certification or proficiency in both highly desired • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst • Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build • Experience with billing in New York State desired • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented approach • Data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States • Must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or receive approval for a medical or religious exemption before the hire date • Willingness to travel nationally for on-site Go-Live support based on business requirements
