📋 Description

• Gather and document business requirements directly with clients • Build business designs with the Gainwell account team • Create, review, and execute test cases and document test results • Create and update system documentation • Manage and coordinate assigned work across functional areas with Project Managers and Team Leaders • Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes • Bridge clients, project managers, and technical personnel by defining, tracking, and communicating business requirements and expected impacts • Build basic conceptual data and process models

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience translating technical goals and requirements into actionable outcomes for clients • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements • Experience reviewing, writing, and executing test cases • Strong client interfacing skills • Proficiency with MS Office tools • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and software for quantitative analysis • Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing • Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills • Must be located in the continental United States • Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation
