📋 Description

• Drive project management, requirements capture, stakeholder coordination, and validation support for MDM and Outreach initiatives • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements before technical build begins • Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope • Confirm Outreach campaign goals, target populations, measure logic, inclusion/exclusion criteria, vendor requirements, file layouts, timing constraints, and UAT expectations • Support delivery of accurate, vendor-ready extracts with less rework and fewer last-minute changes • Support MDM requirements and analysis for payer, enrollment, attribution, and downstream data needs • Ensure data changes align to business use cases, are documented, validated, and communicated to stakeholders • Partner with IT and business units for solution discovery, service management, and risk management • Evaluate technology risks and opportunities • Facilitate planning and execution of business changes through technology • Analyze and define business goals and objectives where IT can improve health care delivery • Develop and understand business cases and business requirements for technology-related business problems • Conduct detailed interviews with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and technical resources • Act as a liaison between business units and IT to establish project goals, documentation, process impacts, and success metrics • Facilitate agreements and communications among clinical, business, operational caregivers, and IT service providers • Engage senior IT leadership as appropriate • Assist with business relationship management, business strategy and planning, and portfolio/demand management • Maintain productive relationships across IT, the organization, business functions, and external partners • Mentor junior team members and delegate tasks effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field • Typically requires 5 years of experience in information systems, including business applications analysis within a complex environment • Experience with project management preferred • Experience using project management tools preferred • Healthcare experience preferred • Experience with process diagramming using Visio preferred • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work effectively across the organization from individual contributors to senior management • Ability to understand business direction, goals, and implications for required IT systems • Attention to detail in functional requirements, risk assessments, cost estimates, plans, and project delivery tracking • Ability to write effective presentations and documentation • Ability to mentor junior team members and delegate tasks effectively • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while staying current with technologies and business processes • Ability to exercise judgment and creativity in solving unusual, complex, or ambiguous problems • No licensure, registration, or certification required • No relocation, sponsorship, or visa transfer available
