📋 Description

• Work with client representatives to identify, extract, and define functional and technical requirements and use cases • Produce process flows, workflows, use cases, and future-state system requirements • Create Agile stories documenting epics, themes, functionality needs, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria • Manage and prioritize user story backlogs according to customer needs • Demonstrate ServiceNow and integration configurations to verify and validate requirements • Support the Scrum Master with sprint planning • Collaborate with solution architects on implementation details and release scope • Develop test procedures, cases, and data supporting user stories • Execute test cases and procedures, resolve test defects with developers and architects, and ensure bugs are addressed • Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, planning, grooming, and demonstrations • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts using ServiceNow test management • Articulate and demonstrate requirements and technical configurations to the Product Owner • Support production issues and work with the O&M team on resolutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in an Agile development environment • Must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for DoD Secret security clearance • Have or ability to obtain Security+ or equivalent certification • ServiceNow CSA certification required • Experience with ServiceNow and REST API integrations, including requirements gathering, test development, and management • Experience with user story development and management in an Agile environment • Experience with ServiceNow test management, test execution, and test script procedure development • Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) desired • Experience with client-facing roles and ability to build rapport and trust • Strong written and verbal skills • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
