📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience highly preferred • During paid training, ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty / Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses; not required prior to hire • Strong computer skills • Organizational abilities • High school diploma required • Candidates must reside in Philadelphia • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally • Ability to source and develop leads through prospecting and networking • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales goals • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain client retention • Commitment to building a successful career
