📋 Description

• Provide entry-level service and support to policyholders with a focus on first-contact resolution • Handle requests through a single channel, such as phone • Take and make phone calls • Manage policy information • Protect customers by cross-selling and binding applicable products, coverages, and services • Anticipate and proactively address future questions, needs, and pain points • Expound on coverages and provide detailed policy reviews • Provide insurance quotes for existing insurance policies • Process underwriting transactions within standard authority levels • Support policyholders via phone, web, and chat • Collaborate with other agents to build positive relationships and provide timely resolution • Work toward progression into the Service Agent position • Actively work toward obtaining required licensure

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or a combination of education and 1+ year directly relevant work experience • Capability to train and perform the job in a remote setting and meet work-from-home requirements • P&C or Personal Lines License; if not licensed at hire, must obtain license within 6 months of hire date • Availability to work 40 hours per week within 24/7 operational hours • Flexibility for shifts ending at 8:00pm local time • Availability for at least one weekend day; days off may not be consecutive • Ability to be at home location and on camera during training • Ability to navigate Windows-based and web browser applications • Efficient and accurate computer keyboard use • High attention to detail • 1–2 years of prior sales and customer service experience in a personal lines insurance environment preferred • 1+ year of chat support experience preferred • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred • Bilingual skills preferred • Applicants must have authorization to work indefinitely in the United States • CSAA does not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must not require immigration support now or in the future
