📋 Description

• Lead a team of entrepreneurial insurance agents and support staff • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop entrepreneurial insurance agents and agency staff • Provide ongoing performance feedback, productivity coaching, and professional development opportunities • Train agents in sales, prospecting, networking, marketing, and insurance industry best practices • Partner with operations teams to provide tools, systems, and carrier resources • Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies • Guide sales planning, pipeline management, and business development activities • Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and implement process enhancements • Monitor market trends, business performance, and sales metrics • Establish and maintain relationships with insurance carrier partners • Collaborate with senior leadership and colleagues across business lines • Leverage data and analytics to evaluate sales results • Prepare and communicate regular sales performance reports • Develop and implement quality and performance measurement tools • Identify business challenges and recommend solutions • Represent the Entrepreneurial Agent Program in the local business and professional community • Build a network of prospective agent candidates • Participate in special projects and organizational initiatives • Travel within the assigned market 3 days per week

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 7-10 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales • 3-5 years of leadership or people management experience, including coaching and developing sales professionals • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses in your resident state • Strong relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills • Experience using data and performance metrics to drive business decisions and achieve results • Passion for developing talent and helping others succeed • Must reside in Oklahoma City or Tulsa
