📋 Description

• Manage, resolve, and process membership enquiries through first-call resolution, including billing, renewals, upgrades, payments, information changes, and duplicate cards • Drive membership and credit card sales targets through proactive promotion, consultative selling, and effective closing techniques • Identify opportunities for new memberships, upgrades, and product enhancements • Support membership sales initiatives using direct mail campaigns, marketing promotions, and member interactions to maximize conversion and revenue • Maximize cross-sell opportunities through account maintenance, sales, warm transfers, transitions, and closing skills • Provide members with verbal and written information about directions, attractions, hotels, state parks, weather conditions, road closures, discounts, and rewards programs • Complete Triptik requests and assist with auto vacation planning • Receive and process cross-over support during disaster situations • Adhere to call management, schedule adherence, sales, and other performance metrics • Work remotely in a call-center environment and temporarily report to a designated ACG facility if connectivity or service-level issues require it

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group products • Minimum 6 months of customer service/sales experience in a fast-paced computer-automated business environment • Basic knowledge of PC navigation, Internet usage, sending and receiving emails, toggling between applications, and other required computer skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to set personal goals based on job requirements and be team-oriented • Soft sell skills and ability to multitask • Ability to set up computer equipment and troubleshoot minor connectivity issues • MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred • Advanced computer skills preferred • Must be available for non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, split shifts, holidays, and as-needed schedules • Must consent to a background and drug screen if offered employment • Regular and reliable attendance is essential
