📋 Description

• Lead a team responsible for delivering multiple sophisticated, high-impact programs aligned with organizational priorities • Provide strategic direction and oversight to program and project managers • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans covering scope, timelines, and resource allocation • Execute multiple high-complexity programs and lead interdependencies and integration across programs • Optimize resource allocation and resolve resource conflicts across programs • Build relationships with key partners and facilitate engagement throughout the program lifecycle • Interact regularly with senior management and executives across divisions and functional areas • Establish, supervise, and adjust KPIs to measure program success and drive performance improvements • Ensure change management capabilities and effective communication and implementation of program changes • Implement quality assurance processes and conduct quality reviews and audits • Capture and share lessons learned and standard methodologies; establish a knowledge repository • Address and resolve program conflicts • Deliver program reports to senior management covering performance, risks, and opportunities • Drive strategic innovation, process improvement, and continuous improvement • Develop and mentor program managers and senior program managers • Manage external vendor and strategic partner relationships, negotiate high-level contracts, and manage vendor performance • Align program objectives and initiatives with organizational strategy • Identify and manage risks and interdependencies; develop mitigation strategies and conduct risk assessments • Manage program budgets and financial forecasts and supervise financial performance • Contribute to program management procedures and standards • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on program management processes and methodologies • Partner with managers in change management and the COE and Portfolio Management office on standard processes, methodologies, procedures, requirements, and reporting standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience • PMP/PMI certification or equivalent experience as a program manager for 7+ years • 10+ years of project/program management principles and methodologies obtained by managing large-scale, sophisticated projects/programs • 10+ years of Program/Project delivery experience • 3+ years of leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional programs • Advanced understanding of PMP-aligned program management methodologies • Proficiency with program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smart-sheets, Asana, and Monday • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and social skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and lead multiple large-scale programs simultaneously • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to adapt to changing program requirements and priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Leadership and mentoring skills • Ability to influence and negotiate with executive stakeholders • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • In-depth knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards • Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the United States • CSAA does not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must not require immigration support now or in the future • Travel as needed for the role • MBA, 5+ years of professional consulting experience, budgeting and financial management expertise, quality management systems familiarity, risk management experience, and data analysis/reporting proficiency are listed as factors that would make the employer excited about a candidate
