📋 Description

• Lead and execute core programs, such as Amazon pharmacy home delivery • Develop, execute, and lead operational plans for programs and initiatives related to the assigned line of business across all market segments • Maintain alignment and identify interdependencies between program-level work efforts • Collaborate with business units, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders for timely, accurate, and on-budget program implementation • Conduct analysis, design solutions, and monitor performance against metrics, business requirements, and client requirements • Manage products and programs and implement tools and enhancements to develop and implement new strategies successfully • Collaborate with business units to develop business cases supporting new program opportunities, enhancements, and performance target metrics • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience • High school diploma or GED required • 5 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting • 1 year of project/program management experience • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship • Ability to work in a self-directed environment • Critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot) • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines • Every employee must understand, comply with, and attest to job-specific security responsibilities and controls • Every employee must comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures • Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job
