📋 Description

• Lead and manage new logo implementation programs through requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment • Develop and maintain comprehensive program schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones • Cultivate customer relationships through proactive communication, escalation management, and trust building • Ensure deliverables align with customer goals throughout the lifecycle • Coordinate resolution of client-reported issues and milestones across cross-functional teams • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies through “Path to Green” plans • Prepare program status reports and presentations for customers and stakeholders • Mentor team members by sharing expertise and best practices • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve client feature requests and technical issues • Identify improvements to methodology and implementation processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in program/project management in SaaS or financial services • Proven ability to manage complex program portfolios independently • Expertise in program scheduling, risk tracking, and issue resolution • Strong communication, facilitation, and client relationship management skills • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Confluence) • Ability to interpret risks, resolve issues, and align outcomes with client goals • Knowledge of SaaS implementation practices and financial services is preferred • Professional certifications (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) are desirable • Experience with AI and automation tooling
