📋 Description

• Lead project setup, planning, and execution, including charters, roadmaps, integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and phase exit criteria • Manage day-to-day delivery through task ownership, timeline management, decision tracking, issue resolution, progress reporting, and escalation of risks or blockers • Structure ambiguous work by sequencing activities and managing scope, budget, and quality impacts • Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, change management, vendors, program management, and executive stakeholders • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, steering committee discussions, milestone reviews, and decision forums • Deliver concise, executive-ready communications covering project health, progress, risks, decisions, next steps, adoption, business value, and operational readiness • Apply project management standards, lifecycle phases, governance forums, reporting expectations, and required project artifacts • Ensure delivery discipline across feasibility, design, build, test, deploy, close, sustainment, milestone reviews, change control, and formal approvals • Identify gaps and recommend improvements to project delivery practices • Meet success metrics involving scope, approved plans, risk management, timely decisions, transparent communication, stakeholder confidence, current documentation, and improved standards and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred • 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives • Ability to independently lead projects, create structure in ambiguity, and drive work forward with limited direction • Experience applying project governance, delivery lifecycle discipline, milestone reviews, change control, executive reporting, and project artifact standards • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, or similar project management and collaboration tools preferred • Strong facilitation, stakeholder influence, conflict-resolution, and executive communication skills • Familiarity with business transformation, ERP or enterprise systems, process optimization, operating model design, integration, or change management initiatives • Experience supporting adoption, communications, training readiness, value realization, and transition to steady-state operations • Must already possess work authorization in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable
