📋 Description

• Works closely with Business Analyst to develop, plan, and prepare training content. • Provides client training on software applications on an individual or group basis. • Maintains records for training programs, including evaluations and LMS records. • Refines learning tools and techniques. • Maintains client engagement during training (e., using visual aids, able to recognize when a group or individual is lost and needs more attention) • Reviews the environment prior to training to ensure it is ready and properly configured. • Develop and implement comprehensive e-learning strategies that cater to various learning styles and objectives. • Participate in the creation of instructional materials (e.g., videos, quizzes, modules, simulations). • Incorporate interactive learning methods, including gamification, scenario-based learning, and problem-solving activities, to enhance learner engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Training, instructional design, communications, or a related bachelor’s degree • Prior training, teaching, or presentation experience • Experience training users in MobileAssessor, CAMACloud Suite or CAMA preferred. • Professional, welcoming, and friendly interpersonal communication that connects with a diverse range of clientele including remote customers, in-house management, and staff. • Excellent communication, listening, training, and presentation skills in a dynamic environment. • A coachable attitude with an ability to learn quickly and master/teach new training concepts. • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and/or other instructional design and development applications. • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals. • Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual • Proven ability to engage clients during training. • Travel up to 60% as needed to client sites.
