📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty inquiries, concerns, issues, and class-related needs • Provide timely support and troubleshooting for matters affecting class delivery, faculty readiness, student experience, and operational continuity • Lead faculty onboarding, orientation, and readiness support to ensure instructors are prepared for launch • Conduct regular team meetings and individual check-ins with faculty • Deliver ongoing coaching, guidance, and development to support faculty effectiveness and consistency • Conduct faculty observations, evaluations, and performance reviews using recordings, metrics, student feedback, and other quality measures to provide actionable feedback and support faculty performance • Provide subject matter expertise and instructional guidance to faculty as needed • Manage faculty professional development and ongoing training initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Current and valid AAPC certification • Prior teaching experience in corporate training or adult education required • 3+ years of related professional experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Prior experience teaching or supporting online learning preferred • Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or evaluating instructors, educators, or faculty preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency • Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate issues involving faculty, students, systems, and operations
