📋 Description

• Coordinate drug testing and occupational health services for AB Global’s clients. • Ensure each request is handled accurately, efficiently, and with care. • Manage scheduling and monitor pending services and results. • Work with laboratories and healthcare providers. • Help clients and candidates navigate the screening process. • Maintain clear communication and protect sensitive information. • Follow company procedures and applicable requirements. • Deliver AB Global’s Gold Standard of service.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience in drug screening, occupational health, background screening, or a related field. • Working knowledge of drug testing and occupational health processes, requirements, and best practices. • Experience coordinating with laboratories, collection sites, healthcare providers, or MRO services preferred. • Customer service or call center experience preferred. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with clients, candidates, vendors, and internal teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn screening platforms and vendor systems. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. • Ability to work independently, recognize issues, and seek guidance when appropriate.
