📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale projects or multiple smaller projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are consistently achieved • Coordinate with Client Delivery Managers to translate client requirements into delivery objectives, milestones, dependencies, sequencing, and project schedules • Apply project management practices across schedule, risk, communications, and stakeholder management • Partner with technical and client teams to produce business-facing decisions, status updates, mitigation plans, and executive-level project health reporting • Own integrated project schedule management, including work plans, milestone tracking, dependency management, critical path visibility, variance reporting, and client alignment • Maintain risk and issue management practices, including RAID log ownership, risk identification, mitigation planning, escalation, and issue resolution • Conduct resource planning and capacity management • Facilitate status meetings, confirm decisions and next steps, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies • Lead complex, high-visibility IT projects across the US healthcare payer space • Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of client implementations • Partner with technical, clinical, and client-facing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading technically complex IT projects and programs • 8+ years in a dedicated Project Manager role • Consistent track record of on-time, high-quality delivery • Proven ability to drive projects through initiation to handover using Project Charter, RAID, RACI, schedules, and status reporting • Demonstrated experience delivering healthcare IT implementations; payer-side experience strongly preferred • Ability to set and hold clear client expectations around scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes • Comfortable managing hybrid delivery environments combining Agile execution with milestone-based planning, schedule governance, and structured stakeholder reporting • Experience coordinating across software development, data engineering, system integration, QA, and architecture functions • Technical fluency to make informed decisions about risks and trade-offs • Ability to identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across client, leadership, and cross-functional audiences • Comfortable defending positions, driving decisions, and holding team members accountable • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and AI agentic tools • Formal project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is desirable, not required • Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification is desirable, not required
