📋 Description

• Coordinate assigned aspects of Electrical Preventative Maintenance (EPM) projects • Support project management and execution by completing administrative tasks within assigned workflows • Define and apply basic project planning techniques and drive project updates • Analyze planned versus actual project performance • Prepare materials and assist in project reviews • Maintain billing plan milestones • Control documentation accuracy and consistency • Develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts and contractors • Manage customer deliverables, including contractor scheduling and work-order follow-up • Maintain customer satisfaction and create new business opportunities • Track financials, issue purchase orders and change orders, and support invoicing • Evaluate customer needs, make recommendations, and build or improve account scorecards • Research and order materials, coordinate with contractors, customers, utility companies and supply houses, and handle returns • Review and process quotes for appropriate and economical solutions • Use the company service platform to monitor and track progress • Work some weekends and nights and travel to customer sites as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of construction project management experience required • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and implement solutions • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical services, or ability to learn • Ability to deal with ambiguity, changing environments, and a rapid work pace • Creative thinking and conflict-resolution capability • High school diploma/GED required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service, account management, or project assistant role • Demonstrated success developing and maintaining strong customer relationships • Experience with direct-facing field services support • Solid understanding of logistical challenges involved in managing remote technical field personnel • Flexibility to work weekends and nights • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
