📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of simple customer implementation projects and support the creation of project plans • Monitor tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects meet service-delivery expectations for quality and timeliness • Create meeting notes, schedules, and documentation; seek clarification when needed • Build rapport with customers and internal teams; document decisions and route questions effectively • Keep project status updated in RocketLane and maintain accurate delivery health reporting • Flag risks early, propose mitigation ideas, and escalate blockers within 24 hours • Learn and understand core PMO standards • Participate in governance activities and apply PMO governance standards to each project • Support a positive customer experience through clear communication, expectation management, and timely responses • Learn OSV platforms, delivery processes, and new tools rapidly; adopt them effectively • Support other project managers and the PMO team with administrative functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 0–3 years of experience in project management or program coordination • Comfortable learning new technologies • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving and critical-thinking ability • Ability to respond effectively to changing priorities • Takes ownership of outcomes and follows through on commitments • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines • Effective communication skills across all mediums • Proficiency in Excel, project tracking tools, and collaboration tools
