📋 Description

• Partner with business leadership to develop and execute the U.S. Electrification Services strategy, translating goals into business plans, forecasts, and measurable performance targets. • Provide financial leadership and business insights by monitoring performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and advising management on operational and commercial decision-making. • Ensure accurate, transparent, and compliant financial reporting through strong controllership, internal controls, financial processes, and timely month-end closing activities. • Oversee project financial operations, including job costing, work-in-process inventory, billing and revenue recognition, accounts receivable collections, and accounting process consistency across the business. • Report to the Regional Controller - Americas.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a financial position • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar • Experience with ERP (SAP) • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask • Competitive, strong leadership, attention to detail, self-critic, and excellent customer service attitude • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
