📋 Description

• Collaborate with business units on timely and accurate quarter/year-end financial deliverables • Enhance reporting practices and lead standardized reporting implementation • Assist with internal and external audits and annual statutory filings • Ensure accurate recording of revenues, operating expenses, capital expenses, and reserves under GAAP/IFRS • Review and support accounting analysis for significant transactions, business combinations, acquisitions, and revenue recognition • Support business-unit reorganizations by implementing process, control, and operational changes • Design and lead financial acumen training programs • Review account reconciliations and evaluate the control environment • Strengthen internal controls and align them with risk-management objectives • Manage financial integration projects for newly acquired business units • Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analyses, and key operating ratios • Manage and optimize accounting information systems • Deliver insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making • Maintain collaborative relationships across the organization • Provide training and development opportunities for finance team members

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in finance or accounting • 10+ years of accounting or finance experience • 2+ years in a management position preferred • CPA or equivalent accounting certification or qualification strongly preferred • Hands-on exposure to Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting preferred • Strong knowledge of internal controls and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Exemplary personal ethics and integrity, with commitment to confidentiality • Proven ability to improve processes and systems for increased efficiency and productivity • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary • Strong ownership, accountability, and results focus • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to collaborate across different time zones and cultural backgrounds • Strong financial and accounting background • Commercial knowledge • Team management and leadership skills • Effective communication, planning, and organizational skills • Strategic finance/accounting and tax planning
