📋 Description

• Lead operational excellence and profitable growth in the electrical service (ELSE) market • Own area business performance, including health and safety, productivity, quality, and critical financial metrics • Lead field tech service resources dispatched across the district • Deliver preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and modernization solutions for ABB customers • Manage district workshops to deliver shop-based repairs and modernization offerings • Drive safe, high-quality, and timely execution • Collaborate with ABB regional service groups and functional teams • Lead strategic growth priorities and customer-success initiatives in the district • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to deliver solutions for ABB customers • Ensure customer retention through superior customer service in field service activities • Drive continuous improvement of field service quality and first-time-right implementation • Monitor field service KPIs and drive corrective actions • Guide continuous improvement culture and implement improvements to achieve service excellence • Maintain high standards for safety and housekeeping and assure environmental-regulation compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Field with 5–8 years’ experience, or no degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience • Knowledge of field service operations • Strong leadership skills • Strong communication and team-oriented mindset • Strong planning and prioritization skills • Strong customer focus • Practical experience with SAP, MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other office software • Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications • Experience dealing with cultural diversity in a global business environment • Maintain high standards for safety and housekeeping and assure compliance with environmental regulations • Currently authorized to work and live in the US • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
