📋 Description

• Lead the execution of medium-size projects. • Ensure all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. • Lead project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. • Establish the project execution approach and oversee planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. • Monitor and control project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. • Identify, qualify, quantify, manage project risk and ensure all opportunities are identified and pursued. • Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer in accordance with the contract.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business Field preferred) • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments. • Project management experience required (PMP certification preferred). • Strong communicator and team-oriented mind set. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Strong reputation for customer focus. • Demonstrated experience with ERP (SAP preferred), MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other office software. • Must be able to read Engineering drawings and specifications. • Experience dealing with the cultural diversity of a global business environment. • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
