📋 Description

• Execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. • Deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. • Communicate service work timeline and expectations to ensure customer retention. • Identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points while performing field service tasks. • Conduct preventative maintenance, identifying technical issues, and perform analysis through remote or on-site activity. • Prepare material lists needed for service activity and ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. • Act as trainer for field service associates and customers when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree with 5+ years in field service, preventative maintenance, etc…, or HS diploma with 7+ year of experience. • Experience working with DCS/QCS systems. • PLC and networking experience. • Mechanically inclined with some experience in electrical, basic tools, etc. • Must be available for on-call 24/7 if needed.
