📋 Description

• Leads the project team, establishes the project execution approach, oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. • Managing the development of project planning documents. • Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). • Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned. • Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers. • Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements. • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Provides performance feedback for the resources allocated to projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical preferred, or similar discipline); will consider equivalent work experience. • 10+ years of relevant professional experience; background in electrical strongly preferred. • Strong Project Management background and skills • Fluent spoken and written English. • Strong drive for world-class quality. • Ability to independently work. • Authorized to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
