📋 Description

• Deliver AlinIQ Digital Health applications end to end • Serve as a client-facing technical expert • Install, configure, and/or maintain informatics applications • Train customers in a peer-to-peer approach and convey best practices • Execute assigned tasks independently with commitment and quality • Understand database applications and their use in business applications • Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement • Escalate issues and risks positively • Travel up to 75% within the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, Medical or Hospital Informatics, or related disciplines • 0 to 1 years of experience preferred installing, configuring and/or maintaining informatics applications • Relevant comparable experience may include laboratory technician experience operating analytical equipment, performing sample registration, releasing patient sample results, and handling laboratory information systems • Must currently live in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida • Must currently live in the territory, preferably near a major airport • Must be able to travel up to 75% • Must have a valid driver’s license • Technical proficiency with MS Office and MS Project/Smartsheet • Understanding of database applications and their use in business applications • Ability to train customers using a peer-to-peer approach and convey best practices • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer-facing capabilities
