📋 Description

• Perform business systems design, configuration, upgrades, and improvements for low-complexity applications • Estimate and assess the impact of requested changes to assigned business systems and platforms • Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues • Develop processes and procedures with leadership and business teams • Create and maintain technical and system documentation • Contribute to peer design and code reviews • Identify and resolve application issues affecting end users and other application teams • Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendor implementation staff • Identify opportunities to improve business workflows through technology • Develop, document, and participate in trainings for end users • Troubleshoot problems, provide status updates, and deliver production support through issue tracking systems • Review project and issue status with project leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree • 3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role • Demonstrated ability to understand industry best practices • Strong computer skills, including internet navigation and email usage • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs • Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Preferred: active Epic certifications, including Epic Prelude, Epic Identity, and Epic Eligibility (RTE) • Preferred: experience configuring business systems software in life sciences, health care, or a related industry • Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed • Ability to travel 5% of working time, potentially including overnight/weekend travel • Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously • Ability to use mobile devices, tablets, or computer screens and type for approximately 90% of a typical workday • Ability and means to travel between local Exact Sciences locations
