📋 Description

• Provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for EP products • Provide clinical and technical support in hospital settings using EP technology to treat cardiac arrhythmias • Partner with physicians and hospital staff to support diagnosis and treatment of abnormal heart rhythms • Gain foundational EP knowledge through structured hands-on training • Provide regional EP procedural case coverage in electrophysiology labs and/or operating rooms • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business • Build and sustain clinical relationships with customers and share product expertise • Maintain thorough knowledge of EP products, technical details, software utilization, and capabilities • Support safe and effective use of cardiac mapping, diagnostic, and therapy systems • Support EP Sales Representatives through collaboration, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and product trainings or demonstrations • Develop engineering, sales, and technical skills aligned with territory strategy • Stay current on industry developments, regulatory requirements, company and competitor products, market trends, and strategic goals • Provide management with market trend and customer insight feedback • Monitor performance and report status to managers and teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination • Ability to provide regional EP procedural case coverage in an Electrophysiology lab and/or operating room setting • Ability to travel occasionally for in-person instruction and live procedure coverage • Ability to travel 50% of the time • Willingness to work with medical surveillance requirements
