📋 Description

• Provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for EP products • Provide clinical and technical support in hospital settings using EP technology to treat cardiac arrhythmias • Provide regional EP procedural case coverage in electrophysiology labs and/or operating rooms • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business • Build and sustain credible clinical relationships with customers • Develop thorough knowledge of EP products, technical details, software utilization, and capabilities • Support safe and effective use of cardiac mapping, diagnostic, and therapy systems • Support EP Sales Representatives through collaboration, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and product trainings or demonstrations • Monitor performance and report status to managers and teams • Stay current on industry developments, regulatory requirements, company and competitor products, market trends, and strategic goals • Provide market trend and customer insight feedback to management • Participate in occasional travel for in-person instruction and live procedure coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination • Ability to provide clinical and technical support in hospital, electrophysiology lab, and/or operating room settings • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time • Ability to drive a personal auto or company car or truck • Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day)
