📋 Description

• Install diagnostic systems and complete preventive maintenance and corrective repairs • Diagnose technical problems across complex instruments, document resolutions, and close service calls within defined timelines • Manage customer issues from resolution through escalation and build customer relationships • Plan and prioritize service visits, maintain inventory, support on-call rotation and after-hours coverage • Travel for training or critical account support • Follow regulatory, quality system, and laboratory safety guidelines and maintain audit documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor Field Service Representatives • Meet service sales, cost-of-service, and KPI targets for assigned accounts • Use remote support tools to maximize instrument uptime • Maintain certifications through ongoing training and development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology • Ability to travel 25% within the assigned territory • Valid Driver’s License • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with laboratory instrumentation • Ability to work independently and in team environments • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, VPN, and remote troubleshooting tools • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service diagnostic instruments • Ability to follow regulatory, quality system, and laboratory safety guidelines • Ability to maintain certifications through ongoing training and development
