📋 Description

• Install, perform preventive maintenance on, and repair assigned diagnostic instruments • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems across complex instruments • Document resolutions accurately and close service calls within defined timelines • Manage customer issues through resolution or escalation • Build customer relationships through proactive communication • Plan and prioritize service visits across the assigned territory • Maintain accurate inventory • Support on-call rotation and after-hours coverage • Travel for training and critical account support • Follow regulatory, quality-system, and laboratory-safety guidelines • Maintain accurate documentation for audits • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals • Provide guidance to other Field Service Representatives • Meet service sales, cost-of-service, and KPI targets • Use remote support tools to maximize instrument uptime • Maintain certifications through ongoing training and development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • 2–5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology • Ability to travel 20% within the assigned territory • Valid driver’s license • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with laboratory instrumentation • Ability to work independently and in team environments • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, VPN, and remote troubleshooting tools • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to support on-call rotation and after-hours coverage • Ability to follow regulatory, quality-system, and laboratory-safety guidelines • Ability to maintain certifications through ongoing training and development
