📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair assigned diagnostic instruments • Complete preventive maintenance and corrective repairs • Diagnose technical problems across multiple complex instruments • Document resolutions accurately and close service calls within defined timelines • Manage customer issues from resolution to escalation • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication • Plan and prioritize service visits across the assigned territory • Maintain accurate inventory • Support on-call rotation, after-hours coverage, and travel for training or critical account support • Follow regulatory, quality system, and laboratory safety guidelines • Maintain accurate documentation for audits • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals • Mentor other Field Service Representatives • Meet targets for service sales, cost of service, and KPIs • Use remote support tools to maximize instrument uptime • Maintain certifications through ongoing training and development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • 2–5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology • Ability to travel 50% within the assigned territory • Valid Driver’s License • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with laboratory instrumentation • Ability to work independently and thrive in team environments • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, VPN, and remote troubleshooting tools • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain certifications through ongoing training and development
