📋 Description

• Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance on medical equipment in hospitals or healthcare systems • Troubleshoot, repair and install medical equipment of moderate complexity • Lead customer communications and serve as escalation point for customer concerns, including installations • Own customer issues from dispatch or identification through resolution • Engage with team members to ensure appropriate customer solutions • Lead installations, validations, maintenance and service repairs on designated equipment • Leverage customer relationships to assist customers and service sales with contract and on-demand revenue growth • Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely communication, resolution and follow-up • Follow company policies, procedures and hospital protocols to meet regulatory and compliance requirements • Document all work performed daily, including debriefing, metrics and parts ordering • Partner with customers and/or sales teams to recommend value-added services • Use GE HealthCare escalation processes and collaborate with regional and national support on corrective action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education and 4 years of experience servicing electronic equipment; or high school diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience • Technical capabilities in troubleshooting, repair and installation across various modalities • Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License • Experience with web applications and Microsoft suite of products • Legal authorization to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available • Ability to be available after hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit and stand for long periods • Ability to reach at, above and below shoulder level, flex/extend neck, and demonstrate good hand and finger dexterity
