📋 Description

• Provide technical, clinical, educational, and sales support to drive adoption and growth of Abbott leadless technology • Educate physicians, nurses, educators, and other healthcare providers on indications and patient selection for leadless pacing • Provide procedural support according to instructions for use, trial protocol, and best practices • Assist with education and training activities for Abbott personnel • Stay current on and communicate clinical data regarding leadless CRM products • Coordinate, deliver, and implement programs and resources supporting market expansion and therapy access • Provide market intelligence for therapy training and expansion plans • Liaise with marketing on technology improvements and next-generation product feedback • Complete administrative reporting as assigned • Plan and organize work, monitor performance, and report status • Use best business practices to ensure success and cost effectiveness • Ensure employee compliance with Abbott policies and practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, engineering, or equivalent/related experience • Minimum 3 years of clinical medical device experience or equivalent, ideally with CRM products • Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others • Comfort navigating medical environments, including labs and hospital settings • Proven success leading and influencing customers and providing guidance to course-correct as needed • Ability to prepare and present effective written and verbal communications • Thorough familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations, and procedures • Expert verbal, written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and frequently used personal computer programs and applications • Considerable business travel required • Previous cardiac leadless device training/education certification or designation preferred • Previous sales experience and/or demonstrated business acumen preferred
