📋 Description

• Lead estimation of enhancement and support requests • Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues • Liaise with business systems stakeholders and software vendor implementation staff • Develop understanding of operational needs and improve business workflows through technology • Participate in training and work with end users • Troubleshoot problems and questions • Provide end-user support through tracking systems • Review project and issue status with project leadership • Assign or delegate configuration and other activities • Act as delegate for the Applications Manager during incident or problem resolution • Mentor peers and junior analysts and provide leadership in problem solving • Lead internal process design and documentation for continuous IT improvement • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System • Work within cross-functional teams and communicate with project leadership, subject matter experts, and stakeholders • Learn new software applications and adapt to changing business needs • Travel approximately 5% of working time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role • Subject Matter Expert in one or more of: patient identification workflows in healthcare, revenue cycle, CRM & MyChart, Patient Registration, or lab order entry • Possession of or ability to obtain relevant Epic software application(s) certification within 8 weeks of hire • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties with or without accommodation • Preferred: applicable certifications, especially Epic Referrals, Epic RTE, or Epic Prelude • Preferred: professional working knowledge in Health Care or Biotechnology • Preferred: professional working knowledge with agile delivery methodologies • Ability to work normal business hours and on-call, potentially nights and weekends • Ability to travel approximately 5% of working time • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds for approximately 5% of a typical working day • Ability to work at a computer and/or type for approximately 90% of a typical working day • Ability to comply with applicable personal protective equipment requirements
