📋 Description

• Oversee the full lifecycle of customer agreements from creation and negotiation through execution, compliance monitoring, and renewal • Draft and redline complex terms and conditions • Manage contract execution and ongoing administration to maintain accuracy and data integrity • Lead proposal preparation and support negotiations with customers • Act as a liaison to understand and fulfill customer requirements within contractual frameworks • Prepare bids and process contract specifications, progress updates, and related documentation • Compile and analyze historical and current data for management decision-making • Collaborate with Legal partners on corporate standards, approved templates, and regulatory requirements • Monitor contract compliance, identify risks, and report to management and senior leaders • Use contract performance metrics to support data-driven decisions and improve dashboards and reporting • Identify and implement process simplification and harmonization • Influence stakeholders toward unified standards • Contribute subject-matter expertise to technology initiatives, digital/AI tools, and operational scalability • Partner with sales leadership, offer development, legal partners, and downstream operations partners

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience • Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience • Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects from start to finish • Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and negotiating complex contracts or pricing agreements • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field preferred • Experience in sales, marketing, purchasing, medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries preferred • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems such as Conga or Icertis preferred • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
