📋 Description

• Lead estimation of enhancement and support requests • Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues • Liaise with business systems stakeholders and software vendor implementation staff • Analyze impact of desired changes and identify platform performance and business-process improvement opportunities • Develop understanding of operational needs to guide organizational workflows • Participate in training and work with end users • Troubleshoot problems and questions • Provide end-user support through tracking systems • Review project and issue status with project leadership • Assign or delegate configuration and other activities to Application Analysts or Managed Services team members • Act as delegate for the Applications Manager during incident or problem resolution • Mentor junior analysts and peers, and provide leadership in problem-solving • Lead internal process design and documentation for continuous IT improvement • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures • Work within cross-functional teams and communicate with project leadership, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders • Uphold company mission and values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role • Subject Matter Expert in one or more of: patient identification workflows in the healthcare setting, revenue cycle, CRM & MyChart, Patient Registration, or lab order entry • Possession of or ability to obtain relevant Epic software application(s) certification within 8 weeks of hire • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Ability to work normal business hours and on-call, with potential for nights and weekends • Ability to travel approximately 5% of working time • Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation • Professional working knowledge in Health Care or Biotechnology • Professional working knowledge with agile delivery methodologies • Applicable certifications preferred, especially Epic Professional Billing • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to work in cross-functional and complex matrix environments • Ability to learn new software applications and adapt to changing needs • Ability to operate telephone system, computer keyboard, and printer • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds for approximately 5% of a typical working day • Ability to work at a computer screen and/or type for approximately 90% of a typical working day • Ability to comply with applicable personal protective equipment requirements
