📋 Description

• Provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for complex EP product inquiries • Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business • Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers • Identify and report customer needs, product performance, and sales opportunities • Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for complex field inquiries • Maintain thorough knowledge of EP products, related technical knowledge, trends, and competitors • Develop, lead, and facilitate EP product trainings and programs for healthcare professionals • Provide market feedback and guidance on next-generation products • Provide regional EP procedural case coverage • Back up EP Sales Representatives with sales support, training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training • Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists • Develop engineering, sales, and technical skills related to Arrhythmia Management strategy • Assist Training and Education with advanced seminars and educational materials • Assist Sales with advanced product demonstrations • Stay current on technical developments, regulatory requirements, company and competitor products, markets, objectives, and industry trends • Resolve problems and help prevent recurrence • Monitor performance and report status to the manager • Perform related assigned responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 1 year in previous position • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (internal or external) • Prior industry/competitive experience (if external) • Solely dedicated to EP support • IBHRE EP certified • Considered top performer amongst peers • Ability to perform complex cases in EP solo • Ability to mentor and train EP CS roles and CA CS roles on complex mapping cases • Ability to conduct complex customer education events solo to sell the value proposition of the full EP portfolio • Performs in top 1/2 of number of cases completed across clinical group at time of promotion in defined Region/Area • Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19
